There are many reasons why an email could be marked as Spam or Junk. Lots of rules by too many different email providers. Here are few of the major ones & directions on how to ensure you get emails from us.
We send emails to you via our “[email protected]” address.
Microsoft Outlook.com
To mark an email message as Not junk in Outlook.com.
1. Open your Junk Email folder and select the messages you want to keep.
2. From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam). You can also open the message and select the It’s not junk link at the top.
3. If you’ve blocked someone by mistake, open your Blocked senders list and select the Remove next to their name.
4. Add the sender to your Safe senders list.
Microsoft 365
1. In the message list in your Junk Folder, select the message or messages you wish to classify as “Not Junk.”
2. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Not Junk or Mark as Not Junk.
Gmail
1. Log in to your Gmail account.
2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen and click “See all settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Pick the tab “Filters and blocked addresses” from the top menu to see your existing filters and blocked senders.
4. Select the “Create a new filter” button and enter the domain or email address you want to whitelist in the “From” field.
5. When finished, click “Create filter,” and then check “Never send to spam” to successfully whitelist every email the filter applies to.
