These are general heating instructions for all of our weekly meal dishes.
Any protein (not pasta)
Most everything can be heated up in a toaster oven at 350 for 3-5minutes or until warmed through. In an oven, 300 for 6-8 minutes. Use convection if you have it.
Pasta dishes
Microwave for 1.5 – 3 minutes (depending on amount).
Or, put into a skillet or sauté pan, add a few ounces of water, and let it gradually come to temp at a med-low heat.
Grains
This includes cous cous, rice, quinoa or other grain dishes.
Or, put into a skillet or sauté pan, add a few ounces of water, add a lid, and let it gradually come to temp at a med-low heat.
Salmon, Crab, Veggie or other cakes
These can be microwaved for 1.5 – 3 minutes (depending on amount). You can cover with a paper towel if you wish.
